After several decades as a corporate technology executive, I was looking for a more meaningful way to spend my time and use my experience in the community in which I live. I invested in Payroll Vault, a 16 year old franchise organization and became an active member and on the Board of Directors of the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce. I have anchored my business in that thriving business community and grown throughout the Bay area, mostly through referrals and word of mouth. It is fulfilling to put my management and business background to work helping other small businesses with a variety of needs. We specialize in helping small business owners with between 1 and 100 employees by making payroll easy so they can focus on growing their businesses.

Cindy White, Payroll Supervisor
Cindy White has 30 years of payroll experience with multiple processing platforms including ADP and isolved. She supported payroll at Bayer for over 1,000 employees using isolved software as she does now at Payroll Vault. She is a previous small business owner with broad experience across accounting, QuickBooks, GL, A/P and A/R, HR and taxes. She is obsessed with customer satisfaction and takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. In January, 2023 she joined the growing team at Payroll Vault Walnut Creek working remotely from Billings, Montana.
Outside of work, Cindy is committed to her family including husband Glenn and her children and grandchildren. She has a wide variety of interests including bowling and enjoying hot springs.
